The platform is managed by Sefiarray B.V., a company incorporated in Curacao with registration number 155219 and registered address at Fransche Bloemweg 4, Willemstad, Curacao. It operates under license OGL/2024/842/0350 issued by Curacao authorities. Throughout these terms, the company is referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our,” while the user is referred to as “you,” “your,” or “the player.”

We may update these terms at any time without advance notice. Changes take effect upon publication on this page and do not retroactively impact ongoing bonus promotions. Players should regularly review bonus-specific terms before claiming offers or placing wagers. In case of conflicts between language versions, the English text prevails.

Account Registration

Creating an account requires accurate, current personal details, including full legal name, date of birth, address, email, and phone number. You must notify us promptly of any changes; failure to do so constitutes a serious breach.

Real-money play requires a registered account. Electronic verification during registration or deposits authorizes us to obtain and use your data from third-party sources to set up your account.

The minimum age to register is 18. Residents of restricted countries (not selectable during signup) are prohibited from creating accounts. We may block users from certain jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local gambling laws.

Company employees, affiliates, or anyone with access to confidential information cannot participate in games. Only one account per individual (name, IP, household) is permitted; multiple accounts will be closed.

For shared computer environments, contact support before registering multiple accounts to prevent security issues.

Accounts inactive for 12 months or more are deemed dormant. We may charge a €10 monthly administration fee (or equivalent) on inactive accounts with positive balances until activity resumes or the balance reaches zero. Players can recover remaining funds by logging in and requesting withdrawal, or by contacting support for blocked accounts.

Accounts are brand-specific and do not grant access to sister sites. Account closures or self-exclusions apply only to this platform and do not affect other affiliated brands.

Account Verification

All accounts undergo verification for age, fraud prevention, payment processing, and compliance. You may need to provide ID (passport, driver’s license), recent utility bill (no older than 3 months), or proof of payment method.

Verification can be completed via our AI tool in the cashier section. It may be triggered at €2,000 in cumulative deposits/withdrawals over 180 days, or earlier if needed. Electronic ID login authorizes us to collect verification data automatically.

Deposits

To bet with real money, a deposit is required via available payment methods on the site. Only personal payment instruments matching your registered name are allowed; corporate or third-party methods are prohibited.

Funds appear promptly after confirmation. We may request deposit proof for security. No credit is extended, and we are not liable for third-party processing delays. Funds from illegal sources are forbidden. You are responsible for any losses from chargebacks or reversals.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available from your balance once deposits are verified and conditions met. Funds are returned via the original deposit method where possible, to accounts in your name.

Bonus funds or stuck game balances cannot be withdrawn. Minimum withdrawal is €20 (except €100 for bank transfers). At least one successful deposit is required.

VISA/Mastercard/ApplePay depositors can only withdraw via bank transfer (EUR only, to IBAN accepting EUR). Processing aims for 1-3 business days post-verification, though we are not liable for delays.

We may require additional verification, including notarized documents, and can decline requests until complete. Suspicion of fraud allows us to void winnings, close accounts, and withhold funds.

Monthly limit: €15,000; weekly: €6,000; daily: €2,000 (higher for VIPs). Deposits without bonuses must be wagered once to prevent laundering. High-value withdrawals on self-excluded accounts may incur a 50% fee.

Restricted Jurisdictions

Players from certain countries, including the United States and its territories, France, Netherlands, China, Iran, North Korea, and others listed in the full terms, cannot register or play for real money.

Anti-Money Laundering

We conduct due diligence under applicable laws, including public searches. Accounts may be restricted until verification completes. False information leads to cancellation and potential forfeiture of funds.
